Compliance is allows any third-party company to use the Compliance Plus Suite of Tools, in conjunction with the IFTA Plus engine, to earn money.

| How does it work? |
- Third-party service providers include accountants, insurance agents, licensing firms, DOT compliance companies, auditors or any other company who services the transportation industry.
- Compliance Plus may be rebranded to match the look and feel of your company.
- Your client does not know you are using AgilCor or Compliance Plus, unless you want them to know.
- You control if your clients' have log in access or not. You charge what you want for use of the system.
- You control the entire experience for your client.

| How much does it cost? |
- The Compliance Plus Reseller Engine is free to sign up and use. The only stipulation is that each of your clients use IFTA Plus to prepare their base-state return for $25 each quarter.
- If you choose not to use IFTA Plus as your tax preparation engine, then a fee of $25 each quarter applies for each company you bring on board.
- Many companies choose to mark up the price to earn themselves money.
